Inner Healing Coaching

When your heart knows Jesus but struggles to trust Him

Book a Free Vision Session

You love God deeply. You've walked with Him for years. But in the quiet moments—when shame whispers "you're too broken for grace," when fear insists "no one's coming for you," or when performance patterns demand "you only get love when you earn it"—something inside you struggles to believe what your head knows is true.

What if the places your story taught you not to trust God are exactly where He wants to meet you with His deepest love?

You're Not Broken. You're Not Behind. You're Exactly Where God Can Meet You.

Healing can be scary. Especially when safety is something you are not familiar with. This inner healing space is for just that—to create safety for you to be able to do what you have not been able to do—heal.

One of the best things the inner healing space did for me was it allowed me to practice safety with a human until other humans began to feel safe again. Meaning, that I was so wounded in community that I didn't trust any humans. But the inner healing space gave me time to practice trusting. It gave me a space to practice being seen by someone. It gave me a space to practice saying the hardest thing out loud and realize that I didn't die as a result of it.

You see, relational wounds are only healed relationally. We need community to thrive—both emotionally and spiritually. But, sometimes we just aren’t ready.  So, one of the goals of this space is to get you healed enough to be able to go out there and try again. This space changed my life and I believe it can do the same for you.

For over 20 years in ministry, I've witnessed something beautiful: God doesn't surface our stories to shame us, but to heal us. Through specialized training in Narrative Focused Trauma Care® with the Allender Center, I've learned to create the kind of safe spaces where God's Word can penetrate not just our minds, but our hearts and stories.

What is Inner Healing Coaching?

InnerHealing Coaching is a biblically-based, Spirit-filled and trauma-informed practice. In this space we use a combination of tools involving interpersonal neurobiology, inner healing prayer, theology, and psychology to cultivate a space for you to feel seen, cared for, and safe enough to come face to face with the most hidden parts of yourself, so that you can begin to move towards the healing, freedom, and joy that God has designed for you.

This is a space for YOU! In this space there is no rush to tie a pretty bow on your story. In this space we slow down. We allow you to be where you are and allow the Holy Spirit to meet you where you are. In this space we learn how to tune our ears to the heart of our God. We say the hardest things out loud and we grow in compassion, curiosity, grace and love towards the parts of ourselves that need it the most.

Inner Healing Coaching isn't therapy—it's trauma-informed spiritual formation.

It's a ministry approach that honors both the depth of your pain and the greater depth of God's love, helping you discover how your personal narrative intersects with His character and calling.

This Is For You If...

You recognize yourself in any of these:

  • You can teach a Bible study but struggle to receive the love you're teaching about

  • You know God forgives you, but you can't seem to forgive yourself

  • You find yourself performing for God's approval even though you "know" grace

  • Shame has a louder voice than the Spirit in your internal conversations

  • You love deeply but struggle to believe you're truly known and loved in return

  • You feel called to something more but fear keeps you playing small

  • Your past continues to whisper lies about your future

You're ready for something deeper than surface-level solutions. You want biblical truth to reach the broken places, not just cover them.

What Makes This Different

Story-Informed Spiritual Formation

Unlike traditional discipleship that focuses primarily on behavioral change, Inner Healing Coaching recognizes that our stories have shaped how we see God, ourselves, and our calling. We engage your narrative not to excuse sin, but to understand how wounds have affected your ability to receive God's love and live from His truth.

Trauma-Informed Biblical Integration

Through my training with the Allender Center (110+ hours of specialized preparation), I've learned to facilitate healing conversations that honor both psychological reality and theological truth. This isn't psychology with a little Jesus sprinkled on top—it's robust biblical theology applied with trauma-informed care.

Safe Space Creation

Many women have never experienced a truly safe space to share their stories without judgment, advice, or immediate solutions. In our coaching relationship, you'll discover what it feels like to be fully known and still fully loved—which is exactly how God sees you.

How We'll Work Together

  • We'll explore how your personal narrative has shaped your relationship with God. Not to blame anyone or stay stuck in the past, but to understand how your story has taught you to protect yourself in ways that might be blocking intimacy with God and others.

  • We'll identify the specific lies your story taught you to believe about God's character and your identity, then gently invite God's truth to speak into those exact places. This isn't about positive thinking—it's about letting Scripture transform your deepest beliefs.

  • As healing brings freedom, we'll explore how God might be calling you to live differently. Many women discover that as shame lifts and fear loosens its grip, they can finally hear God's voice calling them into purposes they'd never dared imagine.

    • 60-75 minutes of focused, confidential conversation

    • Story engagement using Narrative Focused Trauma Care® methodology, inner healing prayer, and compassion coaching

    • Scripture-based truth encounters and prayer

    • Occasional & Gentle practices to engage in between sessions to deepen the work

    • Ongoing What’s App support for questions and encouragement

Important to Know

This is ministry and spiritual formation, not licensed therapy. I am a trained ministry leader with specialized expertise in story engagement and biblical healing, not a licensed mental health professional. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical intervention, I maintain referral relationships with licensed professionals and will connect you with appropriate care.

My role is to walk alongside you as a fellow believer who has experienced God's healing in her own story and has been trained to create safe spaces for others to encounter that same healing grace.

Ready to Begin?

The enemy wants you to believe that your story disqualifies you from God's love. But what if your story—including the broken parts—is exactly what qualifies you to experience the depth of His grace in ways you never imagined?

You don't have to stay stuck in patterns that were formed in pain. You don't have to keep performing for love you already have. You don't have to let shame have the loudest voice in your life.

I'm Ready

It's time to discover what it looks like when God's Word meets your wounds with truth and tenderness.

FAQs

Q: How is this different from therapy?

A: While therapy focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, Inner Healing Coaching is spiritual formation ministry that focuses on how your story intersects with your relationship with God. I'm trained in trauma-informed care, but I operate as a ministry leader, not a clinician. If clinical intervention is needed, I'll help connect you with appropriate licensed professionals.

Q: Do I need to be in crisis to benefit from this?

A: Not at all! This approach is for women who love Jesus but recognize that their story has created barriers to fully trusting Him. You might be highly functional but still struggling with shame, perfectionism, or fear in your relationship with God.

Q: What if I'm not ready to share my whole story?

A: We go at your pace. You're never pressured to share more than you're comfortable sharing. Often, women are surprised by how safe the space feels and how naturally their story emerges, but there's never any pressure.

Q: How do I know if this approach is right for me?

A: If you feel drawn to go deeper than surface-level spiritual growth, if you recognize that your past is affecting your present relationship with God, or if you're ready to stop performing and start receiving, this approach might be perfect for you. The best way to know is to schedule a discovery call.

Q: Can I do this work while also seeing a therapist?

A: Absolutely! Many women find that Inner Healing Coaching complements their therapy beautifully. While therapy focuses on mental health, this focuses on spiritual formation and your relationship with God. I'm happy to coordinate with your therapist if helpful.

Q: What if I can't afford the full investment?

A: I believe healing shouldn't be a luxury. Sliding scale and scholarship options are available based on financial need. Please don't let cost prevent you from exploring whether this is right for you—reach out and we'll find a way to make it work.

What People Are Saying

“10/10 would highly recommend!!! For one, Tiana is one of the most compassionate, empathetic, and intentional leaders that I’ve ever had the pleasure to glean from. I felt safe, seen, and heard every session. Tiana isn’t just a coach — she’s a friend, an encourager, and someone who has the unique ability to make you feel understood and valued. I’ve definitely grown in self-awareness and the ability to identify my triggers more easily. I’ve been able to set boundaries and commit to my own inner healing. I absolutely feel like I gained new tools to continue going on my own journey towards emotional wholeness, spiritual growth, and living in my purpose.

—Taylor S.

“When I tell my friends about her counsel, every time I say it, we're all mind blown. And I tell them - this is what she does!!! She helps make sense of the things that feel confusing and painful and hard and sad. She helped me see how it's not about not being good enough. I would often say, though I felt unseen by God because of all the pain, meeting Tiana and getting to meet with Tiana was evidence of God's nearness and care in my life. Seriously. I think the biggest thing I learned was the last thing regarding me feeling like I was too much. I really feel like that was a huge revelation. And I feel way more confident to ask for what I want and to be content with that being normal and good and fine.”

—Krista F.

“As I type this I am in tears because I could not have asked for a safer, healing space to address so many things a had stuffed down (I had no clue they were there). I will forever have the image of holding on to a chainlink fence and the vision of my truly letting go + most importantly understand "why I could let go" Because I'm aware and more intention about "where is/was Jesus in the moment." I see Jesus all around me even in my darkest moments of sin, sadness, and now joy. I am eternally grateful for this experience.”

—Leah T.
