If you really want to grow to be the purpose you want to be emotionally and spiritually, this is a guided way. Tiana has a way to get to the core of something or say it in a new way that resonated with our group. There is a lot of work that you have to put in so that you can get the most out of the meetings and homework. But it is worth it!

Through this cohort I was able to break the wall of that kept me from vulnerability and emotional awareness...more than I could have ever imagined. God made me exactly the way He envisioned.

I chose to participate in the cohort because I trusted the God-like spirit I see in Tiana; and, I knew that this would be a safe space even if I didn't know what to expect. Before the cohort, I really didn't believe or accept the grace of a loving Father because I felt so burdened by the choices and failures of my past. Since the cohort, I've learned to accept my Father's love; realizing that NOTHING can separate me from it.

I would recommend this to someone that might be on the fence because there is a guarantee that God will meet you here and that you won't finish the cohort the same person that began it. If you're serious and committed to change.
